Shipping and Return Policy
Ordering
Order processing may take between 24-72 hours. You will be notified if an item ordered is out of stock. Please allow 7 to 10 days for in stock items to be delivered (after processing) even though they may arrive sooner depending on what state you are in.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed on our web site, the order is processed and it may not be possible to cancel that order. While every effort will be made by us to cancel your order if requested to, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is 7% in Florida and charged on every order placed.
Payment Options
Prices are listed in US dollars. We accept credit cards through our payment provider. The charge on your credit card statement will show from Cats n Dogs.
Shipping
We use UPS, USPS or FED EX Ground Services. Shipping rates are figured the same way as UPS, USPS and FED EX, including surchages. We charge by weight, size and destination. The rate is automatically added to your invoice. A nominal handling fee of $2.50 is applied to all orders. This includes orders with shipping specials or discounted shipping promotional offers. We ship within United States border at this time.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, incomplete addresses, missing apartment numbers or suites. We discourage sending parcels to hospitals or hotels as most packages are sent to a General Receiving area and have a higher chance of getting misplaced or delivered after the recipient has been discharged or checked out.
Return Policy and Procedure
We strive to achieve excellent customer service by offering top quality products. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a credit towards the purchase of another item. The returned item must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you wish to return an item, please email us at customerservice@catndogstuff.com. We need your name, order number and the item you wish to return. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must be written on the return shipping label. Please insure and track returned packages. Credits will be issued upon inspection of the item. A $10.00 restocking fee is charged unless the item is exchanged for another item on our website of equal value. Unauthorized returns of items, returned used, damaged or not in the original condition and packaging will result in refusal of the returned item.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an item has been damaged during shipping, or an item is missing, contact us at customerservice@catndogstuff.com within 5 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide a detailed description of the damage as well as the condition of the packaging. Double check the package for missing items. Small items may be shipped inside other items for protection. If your order required multiple boxes, it may be helpful to check shipping information. Multiple boxes shipped on the same day, may not be delivered at the same time. Missing item tracking procedures generally take up to 14 days to complete. You may or may not be contacted by the carrier.
